Review: A wonderful purchase! - I love the sound of the Native American flute, and I love this flute. It is all I expected and fun to play. It took a day to find good clear notes because it was difficult at first to cover the holes properly...a little air escaping here or there and the tone is off. But after a few days of practice the tone is so much more consistent. I purchased The Native American Flute Volume I to get started, and I feel it's a must have. It really helps you to progress rapidly and explains how to care for your flute. The CD that accompanies the book is very helpful in understanding how the tunes should be played. Will be purchasing Volume II shortly.

I love the sound of the Native American flute, and I love this flute. It is all I expected and fun to play. It took a day to find good clear notes because it was difficult at first to cover the holes properly...a little air escaping here or there and the tone is off. But after a few days of practice the tone is so much more consistent. I purchased The Native American Flute Volume I to get started, and I feel it's a must have.
