Tubes will look larger without the tire but that doesn't mean they are larger than the advertised size. I compared the diameter of this tube with the original one that came on my folding bike and the tube size is identical (it does look too large for the wheel).Also don't let the Sunlite brand deter you as the tubes are labeled 'Kenda' on them. You can tell good quality tubes as they have some thickness to them at the base of the air valve, as is the case with these tubes.Finally I took out my Presta valve wrench and the tubes DO have removable valve cores. Far larger than the 20” description. Reading other reviews, I now see I’m not the only one burned by this. Unfortunately, I bought these a while back as spares, and haven’t needed them till now, so I’m long past any return date. It’s too bad, because they APPEAR to be good tubes ... the presta valves are well made and have a removable core, which is a great feature.
