I have tried several back braces throughout the years and this one hands down provides the most support and pain relief than any I have ever tried. I was reading reviews of issues with direct contact to skin causing rashes and I have yet to experience that, I immediately wore it under a shirt without washing and had no issues. This past weekend I had to move a dozen 50 lb sand bags and 100 18 pound 12x12 pavers at about 17.5 lbs each, after loading all into the truck then unloading, spreading my sand base and laying the pavers I had almost zero pain and kept full motion of my back for 99.9 percent of the work. I would highly recommend this back brace, it has a great lumbar support pad, I love the compression and adjustability and even my wife couldn't immediately tell that I was wearing it under my shirt, so I might get another one for just casual use.

This brace has done a great job supporting my lower back, reducing my lower back pain, and helping to reduce my sciatic nerve pain. And the quality is very good, especially given the low cost.

FINALLY, support where I need it & comfort!!! It doesn't slide ride up, excellent lower back support & pain relief, & it's probably the most comfortable brace I've ever worn!!! Will definitely recommend!!!

fits great, it actually gives support its a nice change from a few others ive had .. was a good price good quality the only reason im typin this is because its worth it id buy it again forsure

Fits perfectly for desired back support. Two levels of support provided by the main belt and to side “strengthening” belts. The belt help my back heal and I now use it to prevent back strain when lifting. Works great. Highly recommended.

Being someone who's my most of their life with lower back issues, this back brace is a godsend. It keeps your back stabilized while you recover from any injury that you may have gotten like myself. It happens very often. I've gone to PT to help strengthen my core, but in the meantime the brace is the best thing. It's well made. The velcro on it is very strong and it has multiple contact points and it does not restrict your mobility. It is not uncomfortable

I use this almost daily for fractures in my back. Helps a lot and is comfortable. Wear on top of your clothes.

I use this while doing home projects and rigging my sailboat. Pros: try sturdy support triangle insert; palpable support while bending down: two stage Velcro attachment for convenient fastening; easy to adjust the tension Cons: has a strong synthetic smell that did not go away after a week of use; hopefully it will fade eventually

Size is ok

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
