If so, what's the percentage?** A: There is no indications on the packaging about content but it seems to me that, other than the metal spiral that holds the pages, paper is basically recyclable. I use them daily to write everything I need to do, buy, calls, plans, etc. As I take an action on the item, I make a note of it, date and time I did it, and when its done or resolved. I note it. I can go back to see my action. When its done, I 'X' it out. If not done, I move it to next day's page. I am old school I guess, but I like just writing it. I can make notes quicker.
