I'd recommend some suspenders because the elastic isn't very strong and won't hold the pants up at all and there aren't belt loops. I didn't have suspenders, so I put a belt over it and made it extra tight. Also, the pants are very, very long and clearly made to fit anyone. I used double sided tape on the inside to roll them up and it worked perfectly. The suit is a cheap material, but that price makes it worth it, especially if it's just for one event. I got compliments all night at a new year's party. For some reason, I didn't think it had a tie and was happy to see it when I opened the packaging.Also, the blue suit has a bright teal inside.
