Best way to stop a cold as soon as you feel symptoms
I have found this to be the best supplement anywhere to recover from, or prevent a cold. The key is to start taking it as soon as you feel some symptoms and take it for a few days. For me, it usually stops the cold from actually getting started. Way better than zinc or other immune boosters (like emergen C) in my experience.

Quick Defense works to help you from getting sick if you take it quickly when you start having symptoms. It’s a Gaia product, so that was the expectation.

Really Love And Have Bought Multipule Times
This is the 4th or 5th time I've bought this product. I use it for myself and my family especially when we are about to travel, it boosts our immune system so we do not get sick from all the germs in traveling. Its a normal size pill, doesn't have any bad after taste, although it does have a little bit of a gingery flaver we can taste sometimes. I'm not bothered by it though I acitually like it. Not too expensive like other produts we've had in the past. Just follow instructions on the back for best use.

Good product
I've had a flu shot, however, I work in a school environment and wanted an extra boost since even people who have had flu shots are getting sick. I've contracted some head colds but I believe that taking this product, helped lessen the effects and may have possibly kept my immune system strong enough to fight off anything worse. It's recommended to start using at the first signs of cold, etc. As a preventative measure that has its limitations, I would recommend.
