It is not "Timbuk2 Commute Messenger Bag 2.0" which is what the product description is for. The product description says it has a "Zipper expandable water bottle pocket with drain hole" which is does not have (see pic) but the 2.0 version of the bag does have. I was disappointed the product was not as described. ### ⭐ Shipped without a shoulder strap and Amazon or Seller won't send one *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 18, 2020* I use these bags and they're very functional. PROBLEM IS: Amazon & Seller shipped bag with no shoulder strap, which is essential. Amazon or Seller refuses to send a strap and offered $5 promotion or send bag something I've started to use and buy another at almost double the price.
