It is not what I expected from the description. It is not good for a teething baby. The material is more like wax than rubber. But, it stretched out fairly quickly and wouldn't stay on his wrist any longer. It also just didn't cover enough surface area for our needs. I think it would be a great product for average teething. If your child already has teeth, there will definitely be marks on the watch. I'm not sure it's small enough for a 4-10+month old teething baby.
