I used to despise resistance bands. I wanted something that was portable for when I travel, so I looked into resistance bands again. These are TOP NOTCH- the bands to replace all other bands. Basically you’ll convert your space into a cable machine- seriously. There is a learning curve and adjustment period to get the right tension and control, but it’s well worth it! Today I did kickbacks, seated row, chest fly, and curl-to-press. I’m converted! Bands are worth it after all! Plus I can throw them in my carry on luggage so that I have a guaranteed muscle building workout at my final destination. The price is right- just do it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PT at Home *by O***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 23, 2019* I damaged my rotator cup in October and ended up having to go to physical therapy for it (currently going).One of the treatments they had me start was resistance band exercises, so I asked my therapist about doing some exercising at home, and he said I could start in a couple of weeks. So, I found these on Amazon and they are great. My therapist was impressed with the quality of them.I had actually made the decision to get back into triathlon after a long layoff, and damaged my shoulder in a freak accident before starting to swim, so my rehab is essential for me to be able to get back into the water.
