I've used them numerous times now to make egg patties for breakfast sandwiches. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the way they hold in the liquid egg, and at how easily they separate from the food when it's time to turn the egg over! Also have used the bottles numerous times now and they are going strong! The only 'complaint' I might have is that half of the rubber (silicon?) seals/gaskets on the batter dispenser caps have gone missing. They must pop out of the caps easily and I've lost 2 (of the 4) somewhere along the way. HOWEVER, I have not experienced any leaking, even when the rubber seals are not used! Perhaps they're only needed if you're using very diluted/runny batter? Anyway, I wouldn't deduct a "star" for this, since it is really my own fault that they are missing. Just thought I'd add that to the review for everyone else to be on the watch for. These dispenser bottles worked perfectly! I tested them in my home before a large company event (where we were making hundreds of silver-dollar pancakes for attendees) and they worked exactly as expected both times! These made it very easy to control the size of the pancakes we were making, and to dispense many cakes in a short amount of time. Very easy to clean up as well. I can't review the egg rings since I haven't used them yet, but the pancake dispenser bottles are worth the price, even without the bonus items! Review: Engineering of spouts is not what I expected - I like the ergonomic feel of the bottles. Good for making enough batter for multiple meals. Con-messy to hold upside down with finger over hole to fill bottle. I thought there would be a slit rubber seal in the spout so the batter doesn't come out of the spout while I'm filling it. Silicone circles with silicone handles work great. There was a lot of waste both on the rings and in the dispenser.
