It came beautifully packaged in a cardboard carton, well protected within the carton and the tube looks like a dupe of the MAC lipsticks. Sleek and lovely. The lippie applies smoothly, with no tugging. It transfers (unfortunately) and is not smudge resistant. It's easy to remove. I'm yet to test durability, but most lipsticks that transfer etc don't stay very long on my lips. I used no lip balm but it'd be good to use one.
