Does this contain creatine?

No it doesn't , but it is a very good pre-workout, nutrabio has a pretty good creatine, it has ( creatine, citrulline and taurine) but this is a good pre-workout, just don't mix it with a lot of water, I found that if you mix it with just 2 ounces... thats perfect, just make sure your drinking water throughout your workout.

Blue Raspberry Total War powder is white, and in water, the liquid will look cloudy.

Is this Total War “fasting” friendly?

I normally take total war as a preworkout. My workouts are in the afternoon so I normally wouldn't be fasting. If you take it on an empty stomach. Achievement it will just get into your bloodstream quicker. Hope this helps.
