If your eggs are a bit on the small side, you may get a hybrid cube oval. Not much to do but use larger eggs next time. My only complaint is the screw top threading. It gets a bit rough near the bottom, sometimes wonder if it will unscrew. A wing or handle on top would be nice too. It feels like you have to grip the threads that are barely sticking up to unscrew it. Anyway, still like using it and can't wait to make a mess of deviled eggs.
