I eat it 3/4 times a week with salad and/or rice...some comments about it being salty but I have been buying it for almost a year and never found it to be salty (and I'm very sensitive to salty foods). Servings per tin = 2 at 3.6 oz or 100 mg each. The ingredients are salmon, water and salt; caloreis sodium etc. would most likely be equivalent drained or undrained. These fillets are very tasty. I eat them out of the can, with rice noodles and in various sauces.
