After a day of use, I’m already pretty comfortable with it. The next/previous buttons are a little bit more difficult to get used to because they’re smaller than I’m used to. The dpi cycle button is slightly larger than the next/previous buttons but it isn’t as easy to accidentally press than I thought. There are no connection issues like I’ve had with other mice.
