**Q: Really? $47/kg - get from CostCo for a fraction of this price.**
A: This is the best Greek feta and the taste proves it. The feta, Presidential brand, from Costco has very little flavor. I only sometimes use it for baking or cooking. The Dodoni is best for serving with mezethes (Greek hors d’oeuvres).

**Q: Does this product come in block form that can be cut into smaller cubes without crumbling?**
A: The container has 4 very thick slices in brine.  It slices without crumbling. The feta is creamy and holds together well. It is also delicious.

**Q: Does this Feta arrive cold? Some reviewers said it comes warm.**
A: We have always received it cold

**Q: What is the sodium content per serving?**
A: It appears from the container one cube has 280 mg of sodium

This is excellent feta, but it did not come in the container shown with the brine that prevents it from drying out.
