Feta Dodoni 1Kg

Second time I have ordered and wanted to say the packaging is great, the cold packs were still cold when I opened it and shipping was fast. Thank you! I love this cheese.

I LOVE the texture of this Feta! And the taste is fabulous! Price was high compared to local markets in my area though! This is the only Feta I will purchase! YUM!!!

The item very sensitive to heat came wrapped improperly. I eat DODONI FETA for many years. The overheating induced flavor and changed the taste substantially. I thought that I couldn't returned and I threw at least half of it away of an item that I paid more than three (3) times if bought it from a COSCO outlet that carries the item.

Great feta but unfortunately the recent price increase makes the Athena feta a serious option

By far the best tasting feta you can buy.

When we eat cheese, we are ingesting the milk from which the cheese is made. The safest and most nutritious cheese comes from the milk of animals that have been totally grass fed. Feta from Greece meets that standard. (Ditto for bufala mozzarella from Italy.) I use feta for salads. The blocks in the container are strong, i.e., they do not crumble when you touch them. They are easy to cut into small cubes for salads. When I use the feta in omelets, I just cut a small slice into small cubes, and then chop those cubes with the knife to reduce them to crumbles.

This is excellent feta, but it did not come in the container shown with the brine that prevents it from drying out.
