Review: Huge upgrade - This portable oxygen tank backpack is excellent quality, well made, and way better than the bag I received from the medical supply company. The bag I got from the medical supply company only had 1 strap, so it was really uncomfortable to wear. However, since this backpack has 2 shoulder straps (one for each shoulder) and then 1 strap for across your chest, I'm no longer subjected to shoulder pain and struggle with swapping shoulders with my old. I love how it has 4 hose outlets, 2 pockets to hold small items like extra washers, tubing, etc. My only complaint is that they don't offer it in more colors.

**Q: Could you carry 2 oxygen tanks in this???**
A: Only 1 C tank fits.

**Q: Can I have a B tank in the main compartment, along with a M2 (precautionary backup only) in the pocket?**
A: I think it would be tight. M tank does not fill all room, so might slide over and fit. Don't know the B tank--if no more than couple inches around you may be able to fit it in.  All i know is the M2 works great--hands free and does not get in the way.  Best of luck.

**Q: Do I have to wear the chest strap?**
A: No, but the adjustable chest strap does stabilize the weight of the tank.  Over used it both with and without the chest strap and much prefer using the strap. Without it, I find the shoulder straps tend to slip off the shoulders as the weight of the tank makes it sway back and forth as you walk.

**Q: When will you have this in black again?**
A: Red is in stock, black is on the way to Amazon warehouse now, sorry for that.

Seems to be good quality of material. Fit tank perfect for our tank. More comfortable then over shoulder pack that came with equipment.

This is a good holder for the tank. From the Velcro inside to the chest strap outside, this doesn’t slide around. Unlike the side sling that I have to support when I walk, when I use this holder it removes that burden.
