All their products are in vegetarian capsules The other ingredients are also vegetarian from corn dextrose and palm oil. As a long time vegetarian I’m taking it , it’s a choice. **Q: How does this taste if you break it open and put it in liquid?** A: My son, who is autistic, takes it this way. He is non-verbal so has never described the taste. **Q: How does this taste if you break it open and put it in water? Thanks.** A: We have never done that and I'm not sure that it would be recommended.
