I also have IBS and have a hard time finding things to Fill me up but this does it for me, and I tend to skip dinner. Granted, everyone has different triggers for IBS so just read the label and follow your symptoms. I’ve tried strawberry, caramel and the 9gram version of the banana nut flavor and chocolate. The best flavors are chocolate and the banana nut flavor. My dad drinks them now as well after a visit to the hospital for lack of nutrition.
