Bought these to replace my older, much less powerful batteries.... No issues thus far.... these ones last a lot longer and it is quite a lot of power.... noticeable speed increase versus my older battery. Great price for 2.

The batteries are as described. My review is based solely on a couple charge, discharge cycles. This is not a long time review. Running a couple older dual battery set up Traxxas. One dual motor one larger single (E-Maxx). So far so good. Moderate driving equates in long run times.

So far they are what I thought they would be I discharged and charge cycled them on my charger 3 times and they both took 4300 mAh to fill up the first was 4301 mAh and the second one 4340 mAh charge once I run them for a week I will update my reply of they stopped holding a charge or how much the mah have gone down

These are great batteries. I use them in Tamiya, Kyosho, RC4WD and other 1/10 scale RC that I don’t want to use LIPO in.

Does well. Used in tamiya tt02 and ta02. Nice boxes and all.

Received my order for the two Awanfi 7.2V 4200mAh NiHM packs a week ago. One pack had a wire/bullet plug that was completely detached from the Tamiya connector, while the other had ridiculously loose connections to the Tamiya connector. (See photos.) I know Tamiya plugs aren't exactly the best out there (I'm a fan of the XT60 connectors myself), but I needed them for a specific CC-01 build I completed and I didn't want to deal with the soldering hassle. But even so, I think it's pretty terrible QC to allow a battery pack to leave the factory with a completely detached wire like that. (And the packaging was perfectly fine, so it definitely was not damaged in transit.) I wrote to the email address provided by Awanfi on the Happy/Not Happy card that was included with the battery packs. A week later and still no response from them. I can forgive the shoddy connectors, but terrible customer support, particularly when a company provides a convenient contact-us option like Awanfi does, is simply inexcusable. It would seem that this manufacturer does not provide any sort of meaningful post-purchase support. Duly noted. I will get Venom or Tenergy packs in the future since I've always had great experiences with those brands. One the positive side, it was relatively easy to fix the connectors, though I did have to make another separate purchase to get the silicone sealant I needed. I was able to insert the wire back into the Tamiya connector, hold it in place, and then fill-in the hole behind the plug with the silicone sealant. I did the same thing to the other wires on both packs to make sure they stayed in place. So far the bullet plugs seem to be well-anchored into the Tamiya connector, so I'm hoping it won't be an issue in the future. Once the sealant had cured, I used my trusty Venom Pro2 charger to run a discharge/charge cycle on each battery. Both batteries were shipped with ~45% charge. And both batteries charged to over 4800mAh. So, somewhere around ~15% greater than the stated 4200mAh capacity. We’ll have to see if that extra capacity holds up over time, but for now it’s nice to see. So, I give these packs 2 stars overall. I would have been only one star, due to Awanfi’s lack of customer support and the extra effort I had to exert to make these packs usable, but I threw in the extra star since the actual capacity is initially higher than stated. Edit 11/23/2020: The day after I originally submitted this review, but before it had posted to the site, the manufacturer finally responded to my email and said they were shipping me a new unit, free of charge. I assumed they were sending me a single replacement battery pack, but they actually sent me the two-pack. These packs, like the first pair, still have really loose wiring in the Tamiya connectors, so I really doubt they'd hold up to any serious use without soldering your own connectors (which I'll do with this set.) But even so, I'm giving them one more star in my review since they did resolve the issue (though it took them over a week to respond in the first place).

Got this battery pack for a Tamiya TT-01 to replace some a very old NI-Cd battery. Charges well, last a proper amount of time and fit well in the chassis, no mod required.

I bought these specifically for my 1/16 scale HengLong Tiger I and Sherman rc tanks. They were shipped in good order and fit just barely in both battery compartments but work just fine. No problems with them so far but then again, I haven't used them too much yet. We'll see

They charge fairly quick, and last a lot longer than my old batteries. Great purchase
