The stitching is even and well done (I quilt, so I look at that). The value is amazing for the quality of the product. I love this case and I know my Ipad is protected.All the functions, from standing to folding and everything in between look good. The dye is even and well done, the details in the pockets are perfect. There is only one flaw... and it is minor and not in the construction at all. It is the placement of the stylus holder. Now... it may be just that mine isn't right and this is made for the Apple Pencil, but it seems to be in an odd place. It is shifted toward the middle near the fold. It’s gorgeous (black and brown two-tone), made from quality leather, well designed, and extremely well constructed. While I could concede that the template is ever so slightly constrictive (business card holders and refresh button), I think that was intentional. I used to work for a company that made high-end leather products, and leather softens with use, which wouldn’t be so good for securing the iPad several years from now. This case is a thousand times better than my previous case, which cost more. I am so glad that I did! The outer cover has a pocket for paperwork; inside are two pockets sized just right for credit or business cards. The iPad fits perfectly in a holder that keeps it securely in place thanks to a Velcro closure that is out of sight between the holder and the back cover.
