They are confusing, incomplete, and in some cases, completely incomprehensible. There are perpetual flashing blue lights that never extinguish. Purportedly there is a way to connect the unit to a computer to record conversations, but I was never able to figure it out.Second, with all of my complaints, the headset worked really well, with crystal clarity. If I had found a way to decode the microscopic instructions, this might have been a good investment.
