We have concrete splatter from posts being set on pressure treated 4x4's - first application removed maybe 25% of this (rinsing w/ a pressure washer). I have not yet tried again (due to winter weather) **Q: Tile: Looking to remove 1.5” of concrete from the back of vintage tiles. Will this work, or just dissolve the tiles too?** A: I can't imagine this would touch your tiles... Having said that, my experience with this product was not good. Had concrete splatter on 4x4's set in the ground. Chiseling removed the bulk of it and was hoping this product would just remove the residue. Used half the bottle on 6-8 spots (each maybe the area of your phone) and using a wire brush and pressure washer after letting this product set as directed, it removed maybe 10% at best. Perhaps if your surface is horizontal, it may work better; but I can't image any way this would dissolve 1.5" of concrete. **Q: Is this safe for vinyl siding? We have concrete splatter.** A: Vinyl should be safe; from the manufacturer's website: Super Quick is acid free, 100% biodegradable, non-corrosive and will not cause rust or corrosion. I had to soak it over night for several days each time melting a some off till it was gone.
