I absolutely love Diez en Uno (and my friend that gave it to me and let me know about it in the first place)! I have never found a comparable product to it, especially for my ends. I saw reviews and bought this one. I am a retired hairstylist so I know products and hair. This product must have a "carrot base" as it smells like them and has an orangey color. I personally do not like the smell but it's NOT a bad or perfumey aroma. As soon as I lay it on the hair it does NOT show immediate results like a really good conditioner does. The texture is like pureed vegetables. I do not feel any type of oil is in this product. I DO feel this is probably great on 3ABC hair or hair textures that do not require a little bit of oil to nourish our strands. But 4BC need some type of oil to nourish and smooth our ends. The photo of the bottle is also misleading..it looks like it's going to be a huge tall jar, but it's your average jar size just skinny. New type of packaging, but the photo makes you think it's a larger jar like a salon would have. It's not a bad product at all. I also feel professionally, you probably need to sit under the dryer with this product for best results.**while editing my review just now 3/7/17**I see the reviewer below mentioned that the formula changed and yes, it does not seem to moisturize. Often when a formula changes it means a big company bought it out. I will write a complaint directly to the company for a refund.
