Just to get a comfortable feel of it. I noticed that I breath better with it on than off. By night time I turned on my “lecture recorder” just to know if my snoring would stop, and other than loud puffs of air, the “snorting” at night is all but gone. Would keep you guys posted if things change within the next couple of weeks. So far, I highly recommend this product.
