Work well good stretch and support

Wish I had got compression socks soon after sprained ankle.
I sprained my ankle in November, and it is much better, normal after being rested at night. Through the day it swells a bit again, enough to make it look different to other ankle. My husband let me try one of his compression socks which he has to protect him from a recurrence of plantar fasciitis. Those compression socks are size L, but fitted snuggly, and were very helpful, so bought some of my own. However soon realised that sizes can really vary. I have size 6 slim feet. Tried a few s/m, but were too “baggy”. But these AVIDDA were snug, and comfortable, very good, and do help with swelling, not so much pain in my case. Wish I had got these shortly after sprained ankle happened. IF you have slim feet, mild swelling, then these socks are 100%. If you are wide footed, and more than mild swelling, I would go for M/L. I would have got some in skin tone to wear with shoes/sandals, but could not get those here. These are a fair price too for the quality. I think these would assist with some pain in a sprained ankle too.

This is my second and third purchase of this item. Bought this to reduce the pain caused by bone spurs in my ankles. It was painful to walk. This item has helped that problem. If there is anything better that would help the bone spurs in both my ankles please let me know too. The first time you wear it, you will feel a little bit discomfort due to the compression but bear with it for a few hours. The second and subsequent times will be better and would help alleviate the pain in your ankle. They wash well too. I now owned 3 pairs.

Small
I ordered small. My feet are size 3 and 3 and half. This looked good but was incredibly hard to put on. Was so tight that instead of supporting my foot it caused me more pain and I had to take it off immediately
