In Feb just 7 months of owning this unit we turned in the shower to find that water was leaking out of the back of the unit and no pressure out of the shower. Contacted the company and they said they would send the part but would take 4-6 weeks!! The other one wouldn’t mix so it was either scalding or freezing and the rain and waterfall settings sprayed sideways. This one did take over three weeks to show up but it’s so worth it. We installed this today and it took two people to get it up and running. The hoses aren’t the best quality and took several attempts to get threaded correctly so it wouldn’t leak. Once finally installed, it’s a dream! Each setting works independently so you can’t do multiple at a time but I’ve never had a more relaxing shower. There’s a little motor that runs with the water to run the temp and timer screen as well as the lights. Such a nice touch! The pressure is perfect and the different settings are something I never realized I needed in a shower until this bathroom remodel.
