EK Tools Layering Paper Punch, Butterfly, New Package

Cute butterfly punch. Has three different butterfly designs. It is a little hard to press down.

I absolutely love this punch!!!! It's easy to use and isn't too stiff to push down. The butterflies are so cute and I love layering them with different papers. It works well with cardstock and The third butterfly doesn't like to cut all the way through on the smaller bits sometimes, but it's not that big of a deal as it still looks cute. The punch itself is heavy compared to other punches in my collection but it feels sturdy and Not cheaply made. I also love the locking-closed feature so you can store the punch easier.

I cannot say enough words to describe how wondrous this tool enhanced my card-making crafts. Three distinct shapes in one tool by the flick of one button, and cut precisely to order. I LOVE IT. THANK YOU

The butterflies are beautiful. Of course it depends on the paper you use, but turned out better than I thought. The punch is a little heavy but you can set it down and punch-you don't have to hold it. It was easy to use and to change which butterfly you wanted to punch. I used scrapbook paper probably medium weight and it punched nicely. I then tried a heavier weight and it worked great. I set it down and punched it that way. Perfect. I have to agree with one of the other comments - there needs to be a bigger one made. That would be so awesome. Thank you

I thought I would like a simple punch instead of getting out the die cutter so I could snap out some cute little butterflies quick and easy. These are real pretty, 1.25" wide by 1" long. You get 3 different choices of butterfly design. You set a sliding button to the one you would like to cut and then punch it out. This is a hefty punch, kind of heavy, but not difficult to use. In retrospect, I would probably have gotten a die cut instead of this punch simply because I could use smaller scraps of paper and position the die exactly where I want it on a design. With this punch, it's a little hard to see where it's going to line up on the paper and you get a bit more waste around your cutout than you would with a die. But all in all, it's a nice punch, and if you don't have a die cutting machine, this would be a great way to cut some nicely detailed little butterflies.

Really a pretty cut out! 3 option slide button of a plain, lacy, and an extra lacy butterfly. Sturdily made, easy to use. Love it for any paper craft. Works on paper and regular card stock as well. If you plan to use the original paper you're cutting from for a negative effect, it will crinkle it some, as you can tell in the first picture. The most crinkle of the original paper is on the laciest butterfly cut. Little if any crinkle on the paper when punching out the 2 least lacy designs! It can be closed for smaller storage, but you have to have the choice switch over on the plain butterfly in order to close it up entirely. Large lock button is on bottom. Hope this helps someone!

I love this Punch. The pressure was dependent on the paper. I used various types, including glitter, metallic and thin paper i.e, (Milisten 50 Sheet Shiny Origami Paper). Only on the Origami paper did I have slight issues. All others were clean. The size of the Butterfly is 1 1/4 x 1 1/4. The package came when described.

Heavy duty, paper punch, love that it has three different settings. However, the most intricate cut does not always cut properly.

This is a thick punch because there are 3 options to choose from when cutting this butterfly. And thus various layering options. Nice size butterfly - about an inch. You do have to push a little harder than other punches for this one (bec of the options). Orient the paper first the normal way. Then put the punch on table and press down (with one or two hands). I have found this the best way. This one also collapses for storage. RE EK.... I love all EK Success punches - they cut clean, they go much further into the paper than most other cutters (!!!!!) I have tried (especially Michaels). Cuts thicker papers and card stocks and above all, also stores compressed to boot! I generally look to EK for any punches I may need (unless it is something super specific that you have to get elsewhere). But I have most of their circle and square sizes and a few others. Good quality until now - very happy!

Excelente producto!! Me encanto que pudieran perforar de tres tipos de mariposas... No funciona con hojas muy delgadas (tipo papel de china) ideal para hojas normales, cartulina, opalina, pero no más gruesas porque se atasca. Solo perfora una hoja a la vez.

３つの型が出来るので、色々な使い方ができなと楽しみです。 試しに型をとってみましたが、どれも可愛いかったですよ。
