The one thing you have to keep in mind if you're new to this lip tar is to use the tiniest amount humanly possible at a time. Don't just go slathering it on like your everyday chapstick; you'll regret that. A tiny bit at a time; a little bit of this stuff goes a long way. The only reason I docked a star is because in the description of the product it says that it will come with a pouch and a lip brush; mine didn't. I would have really liked a brush to apply this with, since it does stain your finger a bit if you apply it that way. I ordered strumpet, stalker, and hush, and in all, they are beautifully pigmented colors, will stay on like nothing else, and feels great; not sticky like other products. Be aware that they do dry a bit matte, so if you don't care for that effect, just slap a little gloss on top. They will also dry your lips slightly, so I would recommend exfoliating and moisturizing them before applying the lip tar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keep the case - use the brush - practice. Pleasant scent and faint taste - both fade quickly. You need to experiment a little with application to get it right. Very glad of the clear case (keep it!) or it would be all over the inside of my purse. Lasts fairly well, highly pigmented, so the tube should last for a while. Color a pip darker than expected, but, I like it. Only gave 4 stars because it tends to bleed - this seems to be resolved when you use a lip liner (which I did) or possibly if you apply the lip primer which is recommended in the insrtructions (I have not tried this). The strumpet shade is a very bright pink berry color.
