Are these longer for the arms?

they're double the average wrist sweat band and very absorbent

What are the dimensions? Especially, what is the double wide measurement?

I don't have it with me, but it's twice the size of the smaller wristband. It fits nicely and looks great. I use it when playing football as a little extra protection on the wrist.
