I live in an apartment, so I always needed to futz around with the little antenna on the other one to get even a handful of stations. This one must have a more powerful antenna, because reception is excellent (and I'm getting more stations). The sweetest part, though, is the wi-fi capability. When I'm cooking, I stream music or podcasts from my phone. It. Is. Fabulous. The cassette and CD players work seamlessly. Sound quality is great.
