I have to say, the knife is gorgeous to look at, super long and super sharp. I was shocked at the difference this knife made for cutting bread. It goes just straight through without squishing the bread at all. It actually made me ENJOY cutting bread, which is an odd thing to say. Totally worth and would highly recommend for any home chefs.
