Bra size 38B (recent new buy from M&S is a wee bit tight due to me athletic build). I should buy a Size 10 - 39.5" but did not. I chose Size 12 - 41.5" becos I have swimmer's shoulders and I lift weights. Size 12 fits me well in a slim way. I like this so will be buying another one. If you are not athletic wide like me, if you buy Size 12, it will give you a very comfy fit.
