Iā€™m very satisfied with the quality and the overall experience. Review: Perfect to use with JNH Infrared Sauna - We use these backrests with the JNH 2 person FIR sauna. You can place the backrests flush against the heating unit so that your back is close to the heater - but not touching it, or you can place it at an angle if you want to sit in a reclined posture. To prevent the backrest from sliding back when in a reclined position, I have placed a 1"x 4" piece of pine lumber (44" long) against the back wall and have the back rests butted up against the 1x4 which is lying flat. You can use a 1x6 if you want a bigger recline. In fact I cut the 44" piece into two halves so that my wife and I can independently control the amount of recline we each have. If one person wants to use the sauna and wants to sit with the legs up on the bench, then place the backrest horizontally against the side wall. They work great for my husband (200lbs) & I (120lbs), meaning we can sit back and enjoy rather than sitting up straight the whole session.
