Part was an exact fix and functioned properly. Removing the old part was not really difficult, but it is a little difficult separating the motor from the board. After I removed the four main bolts that attach it to the vehicle and the two smaller bolts that attach the board, I used a rubber mallet to knock the old motor back and forth until it fell off. Installing the new motor was a breeze. Note: if your vehicle has a rod connecting the front and rear brackets, this does not fit. My Navigator does not have this rod and it fit properly.
