The circuit board is mounted on the inside units fan shroud and the vibration produced eventually creats conductivity issues on the jumpers controlling the configuration. I end up replacing then annually, typically in the winter when heat is most needed. Enough to make you want to jump off a cliff. Not anymore, I have enough replacment jumpers to last a lifetime. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Connectors work very well. *by A***L on July 13, 2020* Electronic boards sometimes have external pins that allow you to select features by inserting/removing these connectors. They are very tiny and easy to misplace (loose). With 120 connectors in this kit I'm hoping that I can keep track of their storage location. They fit the pins on a 0.1" separation properly.
