Adding another deck means numbers are duplicated, which doesn't matter too much. When drawing from the deck, it is duplication of a suit, not its number, that matters. If a player draws the same suit during a single turn, then that turn is over and those cards go to the discard deck (except for cards benefiting from anchor card special abilities). At the end of the game, a player only uses the highest number within each suit to calculate the final score; other cards are ignored.
