Excellent ! - I'm familiar with vibration dampening technology. These worked exactly as I hoped they would. The inner absorbing material works as it should. The outer layer is soft enough to prevent skidding. I purchase the four, 4-inch squares and only used two of the squares. They cut very easily with sharp utility knife. My washer and dryer with the OEM plastic feet, would easily slide on my vinyl floor. Inner layer does the job it should do. Outer layer keeps the units in place. I glued the appliance feet to the dampers with a craft glue. I just put a wedge umder a side, then put a blob of glue on them ...and slid the devices into place (under each appliance foot) with a stick.
