Move UNEX Flow Cell Mobile Gravity Flow Shelving where you need to increase space utilization times and pick rates. Mobile unit includes four 4" dia. casters (two swivel with brake, two rigid) that bolt to posts. Tough 1-3/4" square tube posts and beams. Beams bolt to posts and are adjustable in 1" increments. Roller track has galvanized steel side channels and -3/4" dia. tempered aluminum rollers on a -3/16" steel axle. Roller track rests on beams; track capacity is 50 lbs./lineal ft. Mobile unit overall capacity: 3000 lbs. Track is designed with label holders at both ends, labels are included. Posts and beams have powder coat finish. Unassembledincludes all frame parts and track hardware. Shelf level capacity based on evenly distributed loads.
