This is a good but for anyone who needs to clear the sinus passages. The individual packets last for a really longtime and they are very effective using a Neti pot.

I originally switched to Rite Aid individual nasal saline packets because they were less expensive than the generic store brand I had been using, which in turn was less expensive than the brand-name packets that came with my nasal rinse bottle. I am completely satisfied with the quality. The packets are easy to store because they are flat and stack-able, and they are easy to open and pour. The salt dissolves very quickly and easily, and I have never noticed any difference in quality between this brand and the other, more expensive brands that I used in the past. I do a nasal rinse every morning to help me contend with allergies, so I appreciate this product working so well.

These saline packets work great with my 8 ounce nasal wash bottle. I've been happy with these.

I have severe sinus issues throughout the year and the best way to control them is by rinsing followed by use of a 24 hour nasal spray. The Rite Aid sinus rinse packets are less expensive than NeilMed, yet provide the same relief. I use 2 packets in my rinse bottle for hypotonic solution, which helps reduce swelling in sinus tissues. It took some getting used to the stronger solution, but it definitely helps a lot. The packets are larger, physically, but have the same amount of saline product in them.

These work great. Some refills like this come in plastic packets that I find I have to open with scissors and causes minor daily annoyance. This product comes in a paper packet kind of which is really easy to tear open with your hands - so I keep rebuying this one. Ease of use is great!
