G.E.T. 6620-1-R-EC Heavy-Duty Plastic Restaurant Tumblers, 20 Ounce, Red (Set of 4)

I’m disabled with balance issues, tremors, and general clumsiness, so I invested in durable acrylic drinkware because I kept dropping and breaking my dishes. I bought both G.E.T. and US Acrylic brands and I genuinely love them both and highly recommend them both.. PICTURED: • The amber colored 12oz cups are G.E.T. (slightly more textured on the outside) • The red 20oz tall glasses is US Acrylic (nicely textured, smoother finish) ALSO PICTURED: • SUNGRACE Drink Protection Covers (Also available here at Amazon) Honestly, I cannot tell any real difference in quality between the two -- both feel sturdy, lightweight, stack beautifully. Best of all, they don’t break when I drop them. Condensation beads up nicely but doesn’t make them slippery in my shaky hands. I have 2 sets of 12 of these awesome G.E.T. 6612-1-A 12oz glasses in Amber, and 2 sets of the 16oz size in clear. These instantly bring back fond memories from my waitressing days decades ago -- they’re the exact same style of glasses you might remember from restaurants like Village Inn, IHOP, Perkins, and many mom-and-pop cafes. I get that familiar restaurant feel while enjoying these at home. (They’re also great for patio gatherings -- no more broken glass worries outdoors!) WHAT ABOUT LIDS? As you can see from my pictures, I paired these with the Drink Protection Cover silicone covers and they fit and seal perfectly on both brands and sizes. The covers are easy to apply and seal tight to the rim and around the straw with basically zero leakage, even when the cup is completely on its side! No drips along the straw hole either. (See photos.) This tumblers + lids combo has been a total game-changer for me. CARE TIPS: Top shelf dishwasher safe, but for best results, handwashing is recommended. Do not use bleach or chlorine-based cleaners (they can cause the clear acrylic to become drab over time). Do not microwave, and they’re not recommended for hot beverages as the sides can get warm/hot, and can compromise tge integrity of the drinkware. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine! 💕

I accidentally walked away from a restaurant with a tumbler 8 years ago. Didn't think much about it at the time. As the years went by, I found myself looking for this cup whenever I was pouring a drink, hoping it was not in my kid's room, or in the dishwasher. It just felt good in your hand. Not flimsy, not too slick, no chips in the rim. It was a Super-Cup! My kids and I started hiding it in the cupboard, so we could get it first...It's that good. SO...fast forward to 2023, and I decided I needed more of this Super-Cup. I searched restaurant supply sites, and Amazon, and found two categories of choices: Less expensive no-name cups, and a little more costly (But not too much) G.E.T. cups. I looked at the bottom of my Super-Cup: It was a G.E.T. SO I ordered 8 20oz and 8 12 oz G.E.T. cups. I am very happy with theses cups. In my photos, I show the 8 year old cup (with the logos) next to a new cup. Note that the old cup has not discolored after being run through a dishwasher twice a week for 8 years. It has a few marks from handling, but no chips in the rim. I also show the bottom of the 20oz and 12 oz cups do you can see the product codes. If you are on the fence about which cup to purchase...GET the G.E.T. ! Everyone in my family loves them

Pricey? Yes. Will they last forever, just like a restaurant tumbler? Absolutely. Nice hard plastic that doesn't hold smells or stains. If you're shopping for restaurant quality tumblers, these are the ones!

Glasses were nice. But all were scratched and needed to be returned. Very disappointed
