DampRid Reusable Moisture Absorber with Drop-In Tab attracts and traps excess moisture, eliminating musty odors. Our fastest acting moisture absorber, the 360-degree ventilation system enhances airflow to eliminate excess moisture quickly. Without using electricity, DampRid Drop-In Tablets absorb excess moisture to create and maintain optimal humidity levels wherever moisture is a problem in the home or office. To use, simply insert an unwrapped tablet into the reusable moisture collection units. When the moisture collection reservoir is full and the tablet has dissolved, pour out the liquid and insert a refill tablet (Fresh Scent and Fragrance Free refills sold separately). DampRid moisture absorbers are ideal for use in the bathroom, laundry room, closet, basement, or storage area – anywhere damp, stagnant air is a problem. Not for use in moving vehicles. Review: Damp raid - These are very nice and they take the stuff out of the air. I put them in closets and then I put the other one in my coat closet and the other one I put in my clothes closet they last a little bit! They are a little more pricey, but it was still worth it!

I was unable to get the unscented, so there is a chemical smell, but it stays in my closet, and is not heavy, and it is better than the damp stank that was in there before. I bought the refills in unscented, so I hope those work as well as these. The container for the tablet is kind of big, like a football, but not too big for my deep-but-narrow closet, and it works very well for that size of a space.

**Q: Where can you buy additional tablets?**
A: They’re available at my local Lowe’s and I’d imagine they’re probably at most hardware stores

**Q: What square footage does each damp rid container cover?**
A: We have a 20ft camper and it works real well.
So I'd guess it will do around 150 to200 sweet ft.

**Q: Is this the actual device and 3 tablets or is it just the 2 tablets?**
A: The device looks just like this and you get 2 tablets with it .

**Q: How many fans come with this? I see tablets is two of them!**
A: It’s not really a fan but look’s exactly like the picture shows. It comes with the plastic looking fan and 2 tablets. The fan looking top just lets a lot of air come through on both sides but does not blow air like a fan would. I hope this helps.

This product absolutely absorbs excess moisture, it’s easy to use, and it’s a fair price for what it does. However, it does have a very distinct smell that’s hard to put a finger on. It smells kind of sweaty? Kind of musty? I’ll get wafts and it’s pretty gross.
