My only and BIG disappointment is the fact that it doesn't spin! I mean I can turn the organizer to get to the other side, but I expected that it will "rotate" literally spin but it DOES NOT. I literally have to move the entire organizer as oppose to gently turn it and it spins to the other side, (simliar to a rotating spice rack) I don't know if i got a defect product, but i have a feeling they all come like this. The stand is on a circular platform, but it does not spin, which is the main reason why I bought this product.
