Very bright, I have connected it to a 9 volt 500mA plugtop PSU and it's on permanently monitoring a tropical fish tank. It's at least as accurate as the glass tank thermometer I was using and a lot easier to see if attention were needed. Great price @ £3.85 plus 99p postage. Please note it's designed to fit in a panel cut out, I've just duck taped it to the tank lid. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good value for money *by N***I on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 August 2020* The display is clear and and big enough to be read from across the room. It is being used as an inside/outside sensor so the red/blue display is ideal and seems to agree on the inside reading with a nearby room thermostat. I found that it runs down a 9 volt battery fairly quickly so it is now powered by a 6 volt power supply. Good value fo money really, I can't see why the apparently same product is sold at a much higher price from another source. No problems with it so far; a useful little gadget. For my application it is a bit limiting by the length of the sensor cable...
