He was 2 when we bought these and now he's three, but he's been able to climb up on the window for awhile now and he figured out rather quickly how to get around these things. He's still not strong enough to lift up the window though. In search for something better before he's strong enough.Sorry, I don't give 1 star reviews ever, I do think the quality is good, it's just that they're literally not child proof at all so they don't work as intended.
