Arrived ripped. Both package and item were ripped. Nothing that duct tape couldn’t fix but annoying all the same. I’m very happy with it as it made sit ups easier

Very useful. I take it to work so I can do a few sit ups during quiet hours. Unfortunately the stitching isn't great so you have to be very gentle with it which is why it only gets three stars.

its a good mat feels comfortable to use and is very sturdy, only thing is that it tends to move theres no grip on the base which is a little annoying
