Review: Unsurprisingly, another INCREDIBLE product from ANKER - I wanted these earbuds the day they came out. I finally bought a couple of pairs of them towards the end of last year. They're everything I expected them to be and more. I have never once been disappointed with any Anker products. I am a huge supporter of their gear and I am confident in saying that'll never change. These "truly wireless" earbuds blew me out of the water. First and foremost is the fit - this is the only style of earbud that ever worked for me. I could never get the original apple headphones and any other that style to properly seat and stay in my ears. With the 5 or 6 different-sized silicone tips, you're definitely going to find a set that works for you. These are very comfortable and they stay in. I basically wear at least one all day long and, oftentimes, forget it's there. Second - the sound. In regards to volume, you will not be disappointed. I watch LOT of TV Shows & movies and listen to just as many audiobooks. Never once have I thought to myself - I wish these were louder. The maximum volume coupled with the CVC 8.0 Noise Reduction is a home run. You'll have no trouble hearing what you're trying to when you use these earbuds. Third - battery life. As I mentioned before, I basically wear at least one of these all day and I have yet to have an earbud die on me. The battery life is outstanding. The case is slim and fits (very easily) into my pocket all day. It's great because I know it keeps my earbuds charged for whenever I need them. Fourth - Controls. I personally like the click-button on earbuds. I hate the touch style because I never know if I'm pushing hard enough or if I messed up and accidentally clicked too many times or not enough. The click-buttons on these aren't difficult to push but you're aware when you do it. I have no problems with pushing the button(s) and the earbuds getting pushed into my ears. If this ever happens, it's not bothersome by any means nor would I let this (possible?) minor setback dictate whether or not I purchased these earbuds. Fifth - single earbud use. One thing I specifically looked for when researching truly wireless earbuds is the ability to use each earbud individually. There's only a "master" earbud with these when you initially pair them. After they're paired for the first time, you can use either the left or right earbud by itself. Lastly and most importantly - Anker's customer service. I've only ever had to use Anker's warranty once or twice in the past with charging cables and every time I'm blown away. Anker's customer service is an industry leader BY A LONG SHOT. They respond to your inquiries in a timely manner, get right to the problem and address your concerns, and remedy the issues immediately. Even if I hated Anker's products, for their customer service alone, I would still continue to purchase their items. Here's an example - recently I had a pair of these Life P2's and, for whatever reason, they stopped pairing. I reset them a few times and followed instructions to a 'T' but to no avail. I contacted Anker's customer service and was quickly taken care of by Quinn. Within a week I had a new, replacement set of SoundCore Life P2's in my mailbox. I could not be happier with all of their products and their customer service. Do NOT hesitate to buy these. You will not be disappointed -- and, even if you are -- Anker's Customer Service won't quit until you're absolutely satisfied.
Review: Life P2 is C2 for your Ears - While i have had Anker Soundcore LifeP2 for about month, I will only speak to how these earbuds have performed thus far. For the month I have had these, I will say this is the best quality earbuds I have had. If Anker charged me $170 for these buds, I would've shelled out the money regardless. Thats how good a product this is. Again Im not much for the idea of something fitting in your budget, because if its important you'll spend what you think its good for you and you want the buds to perform at its best and purest form for at least beyond the length of its warranty. Anker has always made a sound quality product and have set the price for its products that makes it affordable for most if not all. What i love most about the Life P2 is its versatility. I have used these ear buds to make calls through my Iphone, which i never really did with previous earbuds Ive had because the mic quality on most is garbage, and the ability to hear whoever is on the other line is distant meaning that from an audio perspective the acoustics for voice speaking wasn't adequate and they'd only be good for music. The Life P2 is good on all fronts. Crisp sound to hear, and clarity to speak. Ive used the Life P2 for Zoom calls and people have said that my voice is more clear and better than the internal mics that are used the MacBook Airs. The Life P2 is actually a really solid pair of earbuds for physical activity use & workouts. Since COVID-19 Ive done personal workouts with my Trainer using the P2's via Zoom outdoors and have been able to hear and speak with clarity. That says a lot for me because when you're outside ambient noises distort and distract but no issues there. Their noise cancellation isn't stellar but for me i think its more than adequate for myself and does the needful. So i feel like Ive put the Life P2 to the test in accordance to my usage-lifestyle. I will say that the only drawback is the distance. How far away can i move with the earbuds away from my cell before it cuts out. I have noticed that sparingly when my phone is connected and i'm listening to music the earbuds cut out sightly, but it doesn't bother me as much as long as it doesn't shut down automatically or pop on inadvertently like other earbuds i've purchased in the past. Button Usage - a little sensitive but very responsive and easy to use which is a plus for me Comfort - Ive found them to be very comfortable. Ive had them on for more than an hour riding my bicycle and have also had them on during my runs. Only a few times do i adjust not from discomfort but because i sometimes feel like it maybe loose. This could be a negative but nothing i don't always do to assure the earbuds are secured in my ears. Battery Life and Charge - This is a big win for me, Ive said in my previous review of another earbud i purchased regrettably. You cant really give any review or consider a product quality when you cant get a legitimate charge to your earbuds. I don't care how fancy it looks or is built. No charge or issues charging the earbuds is non-starter automatic 1 star product in my opinion. Life P2 blows away the competition. They secure in the case They offer a legitimate charge, and when you automatically remove the buds from the case and add to your ear it tell you if the charge is high or low or will die out. This is a great feature to have. The case gives a solid quick charge in 15 mins for at least an hour. And you get a solid 2 hrs+ on your buds which is huge. It's a legitimate 2+ hrs. I think its more cause i haven't been in a situation that warrants keeping the buds for that long a period but knowing that is a bonus. Sound Quality- Best in the business as far as Im concerned. Solid on the lows/mids and bass has the kind of punch i like to hear when Im zoning. Im sure people will lean on Beats or Earpods, SkullCandy or Jabras but Life P2 can run with the big dogs no question here. Overall- This is as a good an earbuds as i have seen or listened with and it blows my mind how much i spent for these. i have already gotten my moneys worth on these earbuds. You will not be disappointed with these earbuds if you get them. These are a great all-purpose earbuds that will work to accommodate all aspects of your lifestyle and still provide a quality brand and feel your looking for especially if image/look is your thing.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can either earbud be used independently while the other is in the case or do they use a master/slave relation?**
A: Yes. After pairing simply remove the earbud you'd like to use.
And you can press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds when earbuds are turned off. Then the left and right earbuds can connect with a different device.
If you want to get your stereo music back, put two earbuds in the charging case, then pick up both the earbuds again, and the TWS will connect back to the phone.

**Q: What do you do if one earbud isnt connecting and the other did?**
A: We kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting as those have proven to oftentimes already help:
1- Turn your Bluetooth device (such as a computer, phone, or tablet) on and off, clear all pairing records in your Bluetooth pairing history, and turn off the Bluetooth of the connected device.

2- Fully charge your earbuds and reset the earbuds, as per the steps below:
-Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
-Press and hold the button on both earbuds in the case for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.

3- After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired; you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud, and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.

Please wait for a few seconds to let the two earbuds pair together. This is a very important step.

4- Turn on the Bluetooth of your device again and search for Soundcore Life P2 and pair.

When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing for "Soundcore life P2" and "Soundcore life P2-L", please select "pair" for both. If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

**Q: Can it connect to 2 different devices at the same time?**
A: If you use both earbuds at a time, then you can only pair them to one device.

If you use each earbud individually, then you can pair them to different devices at a time. Here are instructions for you:

（1）Manually turn both earbuds off；
（2） Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds when earbuds are turned off. Then the left and right earbuds can connect with different device.

**Q: Why are the not for galaxy note 10+?**
A: We tested the galaxy note 10+ with this item and we concluded there might be compatibility issues. In order to avoid any misleading to customers, we added a note in the title.
At present, our headset has been optimized, there is no compatibility problem anymore, so it can be used with galaxy note 10+ mobile phone. We'll remove the note from the title soon.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.5 stars, subpar mic for conversation/conference calls, decent sound for listening.
*by T***7 on December 14, 2020*

Edit 1/25/2021: Anker is amazing, 10/10 for Anker customer service! A representative reached out to me and sent me a new replacement set, I want to say that this certainly makes me want to continue to support and look out for upcoming Anker products as they stand behind their customers! I've added another star for the product, Anker's customer service is really topnotch! -------------------- These run in a polar opposite direction for the 2 specific tasks it's supposed to accomplish: 1. Phone calls/conversations/mic use-age 2. Listening to music/podcasts For phone calls(which is mainly why I bought them for, hands free/wire free long duration conference calls), these are subpar to inferior. The other party/person mentions how I sound distanced from the mic and not very clear, almost like I'm in a hall way on speakerphone standing several feet away. I also tested them by letting someone use them while I listened on their phone and can confirm what it sounds like, which is disappointing. There's a slight echo, like you're in a bathroom/hallway, and you sound distanced from the mic and it's not very loud nor clear which is frustrating. For listening to music, these are pretty impressive, in fact, I'd give it a 3.5-4 out of 5 stars when it comes to rating the sound quality, especially for the price point(I realize they don't compare to some amazing higher end earbuds in detail, clarity, or bass... but these are reminiscent of older decent wired in earbuds I had..but I guess the bar really has been raised with some recent breakthrough technologies.) . Though I do not have many other wireless earpods to compare this with(I do have the Taotronics P95's, and the Soundcore Life P2 wins hands down), I do have some decent wired earpods to benchmark them as reference (namely the xiami piston 3's). Any how, the Soundcore P2's exhibit adequate listening for most purposes; crisp sound for podcasts/voice over, clear enough audio for music, and with balanced bass(after listening to some higher end earbuds, I now realize that the P2's don't compare, but the P2's do the job); great clarity in sound. So in short, horrible mic for phone calls/voice memo's, but good speakers for listening to music/vocals. Which is why I give this 3 stars. It's a shame though, I wish they could improve the Mic's for the next iteration, and then these would be an amazing pair of mid range earbuds that would excel in both intended purposes. -- Some additional notes, I tried hard to see if I could get the Mic to work better by angling them forward, downward, and in between to see if it would help, strangely enough I've found that angling them downwards gave me the better results but still subpar and wouldn't help the situation of poor mic capture. +As for battery life, I've only used them for a couple hours max(maybe 2-2.5 hours?) in a single session, so they last at least that long. +These fit quite well, like earplugs. They isolate the surroundings just like any sealed earplugs would, so be careful if you need to be aware of your surroundings as they seal well. I haven't exercised in these but I'm confident they would not fall out if you went jogging, at least for me and with the right fitment. +Pairing, on my iphone they show each earpiece individually and only connects to one but once that happens, they work as a pair.... however, on android it'll show up as a pair.... slight glitch on ios for my experience but in the end they still work as intended. I've also tried resetting them countless times as per instructions in the manual, but all in all, they work though they just don't show as a pair in ios.
