multi-purpose... I make pancake mix in mason jars for my kids (just add an egg and milk), and I also use this to put water in my hot water bottle every night to heat up my bed so I don't freeze during the night ... this and my tongs to hold the water bottles, and I'm good to go

I store baking supplies and other dry foods such as cereals in glass jars using a vacuum sealer for the lids. This funnel is helpful in neatly filling both wide and standard mouth jars. It is compact and well made and will make filling the jars much more effiecient. Unlike regular kitchen funnels, this canning funnel's opening will allow most supplies to flow quickly and neatly into the jars. I will use the funnel for other food storage jobs as well, including vacuum sealing bags. The funnel handle has a hole so that it can be hung out of the way. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this. I purchased a vacuum sealer recently, and this has made bagging food with my vacuum sealer so much easier. This is the perfect size to hold over the vacuum seal bag and drop food in without making a mess. I’m sure it will be great for canning as well. I just don’t use it for that. The quality is great. Great value. Very easy to use. Highly recommend. I just wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Works well, But is noticeably thinner and flimsier than the one it replaced

I order my seasonings and spices, and this works perfectly for my needs my pouring is not the best and this wonderful, ridged funnel Insures all the cinnamon and other spices go into the proper jars for storage this assures I always have my needed and wanted herbs and spices. cost effective

This is a review for the funnel... keep reading :) We prefer powdered laundry detergents for a number of reasons. I used to use powdered Persil in a plastic jug till they discontinued it in the states. Now I buy a big box of Tide. I use this funnel to transfer Tide to the old Persil bottle then store the Tide box in a plastic bag so it doesn't clump. It's more economical to buy the big box, but easier to shake out just a little from the bottle. For folks with front loaders... Did you know it's the chemicals that make liquid soap liquid that causes washer/clothes funk? The bacteria that causes the funky smell feeds on those chemicals. Since we switched to powdered detergent we've completely eliminated the funky oder problem with our front loaders.
