Have had it since Oct 2019 for my iPhone 11 PRO MAX. Impressed by how many drops I have had and no harm to the expensive phone. The only downside is the little plastic stand clip deal broke about 6 months ago but not that big of a deal. I am sure me or my kids had something to do with that but it is plastic so it was not going to last forever. For those who complain about the screen protector, you can remove it (it is just glued in) and have your normal screen show through. I did not have a problem with it being less sensitive and I would rather deal with pushing twice or a smidge more firm than scratch that nice screen. I am sure you could install a glass screen protector and still use the case with some trimming. So far this thing has been great and the snap in belt holder is fantastic. I actually repurposed it for my truck as a phone holder by removing the clip and using epoxy to attach a ram mount for my truck. Best mod ever. Phone snaps in easy and stays there firm even off road.
